Assessment includes shape, cushion count, material and accessible surfaces. A long chaise does not necessarily equal a standard seat. Provide measurements and show the whole item so extra sections or footstools do not come as a surprise at the visit.
Include travel and access
For Munich and surrounding areas, a postcode, floor, lift and parking information are useful. These do not automatically mean a surcharge, but make planning more reliable. Ask whether travel, parking and any minimum order are included in the total quote.
Specify additional treatment
Strong odours, previous cleaning products and unusual materials can change the process. Extra work should be described before it is carried out. Ask what results cannot be promised as well. A useful quote covers both inclusions and limitations.
Confirm the final total
